  1. @ising4kings I still found it as amusing as when I first saw it, so it doesn't ruin it for me at all.

  2. @bobvillain either way. still ruins it.

    TumugonBurahin
  3. @ising4kings Well Captain Snarkypants, I can see it didn't occur to you that most anyone coming to this clip is more than likely to have seen it before, thus having it labeled as Shoecourt makes perfect sense in making it easily searched and located. I'll go back to masturbating and you can go back to DJing on your FisherPrice Record player.

  4. @bobvillain this concept might be over your head....but, for one, SHOECOURT SHOE STORE IS THE PUNCHLINE, and two, maybe calling it "mr. show job interview", since there was only one that really matter and focused on this process.
go back to masturbating, youre thinking too hard.

  5. @ising4kings How does making it easy to search for ruin it exactly????

    TumugonBurahin
  6. Bob Odenkirk saying "yes!" to angeldust at 1:03 is priceless

  8. In all fairness all the good stuff in this sketch has nothing to do with the punchline. They acknowledge that with the overly cheesy reaction at the end. In comedy it's the journey, not the destination.

    TumugonBurahin
  9. Does anyone know if Cross or Odenkirk ever appeared on Reno 911? They both seem like they'd fit right in there.

    TumugonBurahin
  10. @RedCloak01 I'm dead serious, sorry if I'm a retard

    TumugonBurahin
  11. @dracomasta13 Are you kidding????!

    TumugonBurahin
  12. @Jafo38506 ??? I don't see how the title ruined anything

    TumugonBurahin
  13. II people work at shoe stores.

  15. There were no punchlines in Mr. Show, you guys.

    TumugonBurahin
  16. Not funny, I know what a shocker, somebody has an opinion not equal to the rest of the sheep.

    TumugonBurahin
  17. @ising4kings I stumbled onto this, luckily I didn't read the title.

    TumugonBurahin

  23. I worked for Kinney Shoes for many years until my husband became an Auditor. I miss it a lot because you could get nylons, handbags with matching shoes.

    TumugonBurahin
  24. Wasn't the actor in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory as Violet's dad?

    TumugonBurahin
  25. I used to hang out at the Fox Hills Mall in 1975-77 and it looked just like it does in this commercial... brings back a lot of memories.

    TumugonBurahin
  26. @NYKID10014 Why would you post that? Ken Berry isn't dead!!!

    TumugonBurahin
  27. Thanks, it looked like the Galleria in Sherman Oaks, but that mall may not be that old.

    TumugonBurahin
  28. @1DNETTA No it doesn't. Actually, it says that it was filmed at the Westfield Culver City, formerly Westfield Fox Hills, formerly Fox Hills Mall. Just look up "Westfield Culver City" on WIKIPEDIA, then at the bottom click on the link that says "Kinney Commercial filmed here" or something and you'll click right over to this commercial. Not that I care or anything, and not that Wikipedia is very accurate, but they don't generally film television in NJ for starters...

    TumugonBurahin
  29. @pardyhardly I think you've been partying a bit much. that makes absolutely no sense darlin'.

    TumugonBurahin
  30. @NYKID10014 Except that he's NOT dead!!!!

    TumugonBurahin
  31. I was waiting for Naomi and Bubba to show up.

    TumugonBurahin
  32. Wacky Waving Inflatable Tube Man!!!!!

    TumugonBurahin
  33. That actor is Ken Berry who was in Herbie rides again

    TumugonBurahin
  34. Yah, that's Fox Hills Mall near LAX, long before they renovated it. There was a three story red structure - stone garden that can be seen in the background. It was a maze made up of glass partitions and mirrors that had to be navigated. There were also stairs between the floors and some benches.

    TumugonBurahin
  35. I remember when my City's two prime regional shopping centers, directly located across the street from each other, both featured Kinney Shoes and several other national retailers in their tenant directories.

    TumugonBurahin
  36. Yeah I remember G.A.S.S. It stood for Great American Shoe Store Kinney's also had there version of Chuck Taylors call NBA's

    TumugonBurahin
  37. So funny that this shoe store commercial doesn't show any shoes.

    TumugonBurahin
  38. @MrKasperH "Great American Shoe Store" I think.

    TumugonBurahin
  39. What is the name of this song, I hope you can help me, thanks a lot!

    TumugonBurahin
  40. Loved Ken Berry from F-Troop and Mamma's Family, I used to love to shop and Kinney's shoes store at the Albee Square Mall in DownTown Brooklyn, New York. Thanks for the memories.

    TumugonBurahin
  41. I always liked Ken Berry and he came from an age of acting when they worked hard at it. This comm is almost like a short musical. lol. He's a good dancer too and today's comm's are incredibly bland and annoying.

    TumugonBurahin
  42. Does anyone know if Ken Berry good bad wan never gIternet with a mucky ade in seral made the sewed shoes at the bologna factory?

    TumugonBurahin
  43. @uebergeek Musicland is also gone. Too much online competition. Not infrequently, you can buy a physical CD from Amazon for less than buying a legal digital download.

    TumugonBurahin
  44. @Kuahmel Have a phone number that once belonged to Kinney Shoes. I have had it since 1994. Still get phone calls. Stupid Internet-based directory sites never purge their listings even after complaints.

    TumugonBurahin
  45. Indoor shopping malls. Those were the days. Everything that you need all under one roof.

    TumugonBurahin
  46. im 27 and I can remember getting shoes from that very same store. when mom couldnt afford Jordans and the "cool" shoes
